In practice that means one call reaches all four functions: the building permit, the inspections that follow it, the zoning review, and a complaint about a neighboring property. There is no handoff between offices to plan around, and no second name to try if the first call goes unanswered, apart from Manager/Secretary Lacey Faber at the township office.
